Why Invest?

  • Proven Success

Our projects are proven to make money for not only our company, but for our investors. We have a track record of success extracting oil from fields through secondary oil recovery, a process that recovers more oil at a lower cost and a much lower risk.
  • Ample Opportunity

Currently, we are looking for investors for our 54 well field development in Madison County, Texas. This project will ultimately drill 27 production wells and 27 injection wells (54 total) to fully exploit the oil recovery from this field. Cumulative costs for drilling all wells and operations will be in the one hundred million dollars ($100,000,000) range. The majority of the operational costs will be paid out of oil production.
  • Our Target

We are targeting a recovery extraction in excess of 17.5 million (17,500,000) barrels of cumulative oil with this secondary recovery. Even at a low market spot price of $35.00 a barrel, the oil sales will be in the $610,000,000.00 range, based on the reservoir analysis recoverable estimates.

Current Opportunities

  • We are conducting a 54 well field development in Madison County, Texas. To facilitate investment participation and reduce risk, the project has been structured in two well increments which are financially independent.

An investor has the option of participating in as many, or as few, of the two well projects as he chooses. Returns from any two well project will likely determine the exercise of the option to participate in subsequent packages.

Past Opportunities

  • Wheeler Resource Recovery brings industry level oil and gas projects to accredited investors, exclusively from a Texas based Oil Operator who has been in business since 1932.

  • Wheeler Oil George Jackson, is a Graduate of Texas Tech University with a BS in petroleum engineering. He is also a registered professional petroleum engineer, with over 4 decades of experience in the oil industry. He began his career at Amoco while still attending Texas Tech and assumed a full time position with them upon graduation. Mr. Jackson spent the next four years with Amoco in the Hockley, Texas area primarily engineering water flood operations.

  • He then assumed a position with Great Western Drilling Company, out of Lovington, New Mexico. He was employed primarily as an exploration/production engineer. Ultimately his water flood experience earned him a position at Wheeler Operating/Wheeler Oil as a drilling and production engineer. He became very experienced in the flow characteristics of oil formations. Wheeler’s focus was finding and developing new water flood projects and implementing secondary recovery operations on company wells. During his tenure at Wheeler, Mr. Jackson has put over 29,000,000 barrels of oil in the tank for the company.

  • The notable fields were the Suniland Field Unit adding 2,000,000 barrels of reserve recovery, the D-L-S San Andres Field with 6,800,000 barrels and the Leeper-Glorieta Field which yielded 13,000,000 barrels for Wheeler. During the period between 1976 and 2002 when these properties were sold, Wheeler drilled 450 wells including injectors and producers.

  • The key to these specialized operations is a thorough working knowledge of this facet of the industry. Mr. Jackson’s vast experience and success in these types of recovery operations is without peer.
